Yes, Montreal has a world renowned Fashion School known as LaSalle College, they have tons of Fashion Internships however i'm not sure if you need to be a student there or not.

How old do you have to be to get a Fashion Design internship in Texas? And where can I apply for one and I dont want the kind where you work in a factory. I want the kind where you work with the designer and get to bring coffee or make designs or something?

I'd like to know how you get one at a fashion magazine or a clothing store or an independent fashion designer or from internationally reknown fashion house…
well for one thing you have to be in nyc to get anything even remotely renowned..sure there's opportunities in every city, but if you're aiming high, you have to be in manhattan. i dont know how old you are, but if you are in college or high school, go to a career or internship advisor. theyre paid to know what's available and can help you schedule an interview. if not, you still need some kind of connection..i know a lot of girls who got great internships via sisters in their sororities…or know someone's parent or friend who is in the industry helps a lot because it's terribly competitive. and then there's the usual stuff…a nice resume, lots of experience, show a strong desire to be in the fashion field, amicable personality, dress well…etc, etc.

Im 14 years old and living in the U.K. Is it possible for me to get an Internship at a fashion magazine at this age? What does being an intern involve? Is it just getting coffee? If, at my age, getting an internship isn't possible (age restrictions etc.) then what age would be legally appropriate to apply for an internship? Are there certain things needed to be a fashion magazine intern?

All you have to do is email the magazine company that you want to work for.
Working for a magazine company is really fun.
I never get tired of doing it.
You sometimes get to pick out models and clothes for them

my name is Francesca and I'm very interested in the fashion industry. I was wondering if anyone knew of an internship I could get, I'm in Portland, OR so it would need to be relatively close. I'm about 14 and I have already designed an entire line of dresses, I really hope to make a living out of fashion when I'm older but for now I want an internship.
